C&rsquo;est un ensemble de savoirs et de pratiques qui remontent \u00e0 plus de 5000 ans permettant de connecter son corps et son mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe de nombreux \u00e9crits \u00e0 ce propos et nous pourrions passer notre vie \u00e0 \u00e9tudier les textes yogiques (ce qui peut faire peur face \u00e0 l&rsquo;ampleur de la t\u00e2che).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On peut s&rsquo;int\u00e9resser au point de vue philosophique ou mythologique. Afin d&rsquo;approfondir mon enseignement, j&rsquo;ai compil\u00e9 les informations qui me semblaient n\u00e9cessaires et int\u00e9ressantes \u00e0 transmettre \u00e0 mes \u00e9l\u00e8ves. A force, petit \u00e0 petit, je les ai organis\u00e9es, hi\u00e9rarchis\u00e9es et r\u00e9dig\u00e9es. Mon petit manuel pourrait ressembler \u00e0 un livre en plusieurs tomes&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tome 1: Le yoga d&rsquo;un point de vue philosophique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tome 2: Le yoga d&rsquo;un point de vue mythologique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, mes cours seront \u00e9clair\u00e9s \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re de Patanjali et de ses yoga sutra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais afin d&rsquo;aller plus loin, j&rsquo;expliquerai \u00e9galement les habitudes, les mudras, les mantras, ma passion pour le sanskrit&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque semaine, je partagerai mes fiches afin de vous permettre de d\u00e9couvrir ou approfondir \u00e0 votre rythme et en fonction de vos int\u00e9r\u00eat les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments abord\u00e9s en cours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bonne lecture et bonnes
